That's because someone can get access to your entry codes if you are using a keypad. Key cards can also be stolen. For biometrics, one would need information such as your fingerprints. The more secure and expensive biometric locks even involve scanning of the iris, something that would make it extremely difficult for a burglar to gain access into your business or valuables.
